The 101 series electro-hydraulic servo valves are double-nozzle flapper force-feedback electro-hydraulic flow servo valves. Under a pressure drop of 21 MPa, their flow rate ranges from 1 L/min to 8 L/min. Meanwhile, products with a flow rate ranging from 10 L/min to 16 L/min can be customized according to user requirements.


This series of servo valves adopts a stainless-steel housing, featuring high structural strength. There is no valve sleeve inside, resulting in a simple structure. They are compact in size, light in weight, have a high dynamic response, operate stably and reliably, and have a long service life. They are highly suitable for hydraulic control systems with strict requirements on volume and weight, such as robot control systems and small hydraulic equipment, or those that require a relatively small flow rate.
