The 130 series electro - hydraulic servo valves are force - feedback two - stage double - nozzle flapper flow servo valves. At a pressure differential of 21 MPa, their flow rates are 40 L/min, 50 L/min, and 60 L/min.


This series of servo valves adopts an all - stainless - steel shell, with a compact internal structure, high structural strength, and relatively small size and weight. The installation directions of their plugs and sockets can be selected according to requirements.


The products feature a fast dynamic response, good linearity, and small zero - drift.
