The 131 series electro-hydraulic servo valves are force-feedback two-stage double-nozzle flapper high-flow servo valves. At a pressure differential of 21 MPa, their flow rate ranges from 6.5 L/min to 100 L/min.
The standard products of this series of servo valves use aluminum alloy housings, which are lightweight. There is a mechanical zero-adjustment structure outside the product, making it convenient for users to adjust according to actual needs. The installation directions of the product's plugs and sockets can be selected as required.
The product features a fast dynamic response, good linearity, and small zero drift. It has advantages such as stable working performance, high reliability, long service life, low internal leakage, and low power consumption. There is an optional fifth oil supply port on the product's mounting surface, which can supply oil to the pilot stage independently.
If the user's system pressure is extremely high, products with stainless steel housings can be customized. The products are suitable for non-standard equipment, test equipment, the power industry, etc.

- When one side of the variable throttle area decreases, the variable throttle area on the other side increases, causing the nozzle cavity to move. The direction of the output flow changes with the polarity of the input current, and the magnitude of the output flow changes with the magnitude of the input current.
- This valve has an optional pilot stage oil supply port (the fifth oil supply hole), which limits the oil supply pressure of the pilot stage to no more than 21 MPa. In addition, there is an external zero adjustment mechanism (adjustment can only be made when the oil supply pressure drops below 7 MPa), so that users can adjust the zero offset of the valve within a certain range on-site.
