The 663 series electro-hydraulic servo valve is an electrically feedback high-flow servo valve. Its pilot valve is divided into two types: high-flow single-stage fluidic servo valve and double-nozzle flapper servo valve. Under a pressure difference of 1 MPa, its flow rate can reach 350 L/min. When the pilot valve is a high-flow fluidic servo valve, it has strong anti-pollution ability and reliable performance. When the pilot valve is a two-stage double-nozzle flapper servo valve, it has fast response and high dynamics. The product internally uses an LVDT spool position sensor for position closed-loop control. Therefore, it has a small hysteresis, high resolution, and good repeatability accuracy. The internal and external oil supply of the pilot stage can be selected. The control box is designed with an external electrical zero adjustment device, making it more convenient to use. At the same time, according to needs, the spool safety position after power failure and pressure loss can be customized.
