• The 661 series electro-hydraulic servo valves are electro-feedback two-stage jet pipe flow servo valves. At a pressure differential of 1 MPa, their flow rate ranges from 8 L/min to 80 L/min.
  
  
  This type of servo valve uses a high-flow jet pipe as the pilot stage, which has strong anti-pollution ability and reliable performance. The product uses an LVDT spool position sensor inside for position closed-loop control. Therefore, it has a small hysteresis, high resolution, and good repeatability.
  
  
  The pilot stage offers options for internal or external oil supply. The control box is equipped with an external electrical zero adjustment device, making it more convenient to use. Meanwhile, according to specific requirements, the safe position of the spool after power failure or pressure loss can be customized.
  
  
  These servo valves are widely used in fields such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, machinery manufacturing, geological exploration, power systems, and various test equipment.
