The 662 series electro-hydraulic servo valves are electro-feedback high-flow servo valves. Their pilot valves are available in two types: high-flow single-stage jet pipe servo valves and double-nozzle flapper servo valves. At a pressure differential of 1 MPa, their flow rates are 150 L/min and 250 L/min respectively.

When the pilot valve is a high-flow jet pipe servo valve, it has strong anti - pollution ability and reliable performance. When the pilot valve is a two - stage double - nozzle flapper servo valve, it features fast response and high dynamic performance.

The product uses an LVDT spool position sensor inside for position closed - loop control. Therefore, it has a small hysteresis, high resolution, and good repeatability. The pilot stage offers options for internal or external oil supply. The control box is equipped with an external electrical zero adjustment device, making it more convenient to use.

Meanwhile, according to specific requirements, the safe position of the spool after power failure or pressure loss can be customized.
