The FF - 792 series electro - hydraulic servo valves are electric feedback three - stage nozzle - flapper high - flow servo valves. At a pressure differential of 7 MPa, their flow rates are 400 L/min, 630 L/min, 800 L/min, and 1000 L/min.


This type of servo valve uses a two - stage double - nozzle flapper servo valve as the pilot valve, featuring fast response and high dynamics. The product internally employs an LVDT spool position sensor for position closed - loop control. Therefore, it has small hysteresis, high resolution, and good repeatability. Compared with two - stage jet - pipe high - flow servo valves, it has a higher dynamic response. This series of three - stage servo valves combines the characteristics of large flow and high dynamic response.


The pilot stage offers a choice between internal and external oil supply. The control box is equipped with an external electrical zero adjustment device, making it more convenient to use. Meanwhile, according to requirements, the safe position of the spool after power failure or pressure loss can be customized. It is suitable for the steel and metallurgy industries.
