The FF - 701 series electro - hydraulic servo valve is a two - stage dual - nozzle - baffle high - flow servo valve with electric - feedback force - feedback. Under a pressure difference of 21 MPa, its flow range is from 6.5 L/min to 100 L/min. This series of electro - hydraulic servo valves is similar to the FF - 131 series. Based on the latter, an LVDT spool position sensor and a controller are added for position closed - loop control, which makes its hysteresis smaller, resolution higher, and repeatability better. It combines the advantages of force - feedback servo valves and electric - feedback servo valves, and is more convenient to use. The standard products of this series of servo valves adopt aluminum - alloy shells, which are lightweight. The product has an external electrical zero - adjustment structure, which facilitates users to adjust according to their actual needs.
